They can be changed in a few simple steps and, after a short running-in period, ensure not only mechanical water clarification but also the biological degradation of pollutants. The activated carbon box removes micro algae and waste medication, which cause turbidity and discolouration of the aquarium water. Thus it ensures crystal clear water without changing the pH value.
