- Basic Definitions
Buyer — an individual or legal person who intends to purchase goods on the website of an Online store.
Registered buyer — A Buyer who has provided the Seller with individual information about himself (last name, first name, patronymic, email address, postal address, phone number), which can be used for placing an Order repeatedly. This information is provided when placing an Order.
Seller — Luma-Flux, which sells goods through an online store located at luma-flux.com.
Our store — an online site where any Buyer can get acquainted with the presented Products, their description and prices for Goods, choose a specific Product, payment method and delivery of Goods, place an Order.
A product — an object of purchase and sale that is presented for sale in an Online store by placing it in the corresponding section of the Online Store.
Order — a request made by the Buyer for the purchase and delivery to the specified address of the Goods selected in the Online Store.
- General Provisions
These terms and conditions for the sale of goods in our store (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Terms and Conditions’) determine the procedure for the purchase of Goods through our store by individuals or legal entities, hereinafter referred to as the’ Buyer’; when referred to together, the Seller and the Buyer are also referred to as’ Parties’, and each separately as’Party’.
By ordering Products through the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, and therefore the Buyer undertakes to regularly monitor changes in the Terms and Conditions posted on the Terms and Conditions page of our store.
The Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions by placing an Order.
- Registration In The Online Store
The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Buyer during registration.
The customer who has registered in the online store receives an individual identification by providing a username and password. Individual identification of the Buyer allows you to avoid unauthorized actions of third parties on behalf of the Buyer. The transfer of the username and password by the Buyer to third parties is prohibited, the Buyer is solely responsible for all possible negative consequences in the event of the transfer of the username and password to third parties.
The buyer agrees to receive advertising information from the seller through any communication channels (telephone, e-mail, etc.) and to transfer contact information to third parties for the delivery of advertising information.
Personal information transferred to the Online store during registration or in any other way, without the permission of users, will not be transferred to third organizations and persons, except in situations of delivery of advertising information and when this is required by law or a court decision.
- Product Information
Prices in the online store are indicated for one unit of goods.
You can order only the Product for which a positive quantity is specified in the warehouse at the time of the order.
- Order Processing And Fulfilment
When placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with the rules for selling Goods through the Online Store and provides the Seller with the information necessary for placing an Order.
The Seller prepares and ships the ordered Goods after receiving the payment.
If the Buyer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Product, before placing an Order, the Buyer should contact the Seller using the Seller’s contact details published on the website of the Online Store.
- Payment For Your Order
Prices in the online store are indicated for one unit of goods.
You can order only the Product for which a positive quantity is specified in the warehouse at the time of the order.
Payment for the Goods by the Buyer is made in the currency in which the price of the Goods was indicated on the website of the Online Store at the time of placing the order.
The payer must be the Buyer himself. Payment from third parties is not accepted. Payment is allowed only by one of the methods offered on the website of the Online Store when placing an order. Other payment methods are not available.
The purchase and sale Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for the ordered Goods.
- Delivery
The Seller will make every effort to comply with the delivery date and time specified in the relevant Order, but delivery delays are allowed due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred through no fault of the Seller.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer at the time of delivery of the Goods and the signature of the Buyer in the documents confirming the delivery of the Order.
In order to avoid fraud, the buyer must present an identity document when handing over a prepaid Order.
- Other Terms
The relations between the Buyer and the Seller are subject to the provisions of the current legislation.
The Buyer guarantees that all the terms of these Terms are clear to him, and he accepts them in full.
In case of positive feedback or complaints from the Buyer, he should contact the Seller at the email address specified on the website of the Online store.
All disputes that arise, the parties will try to resolve through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation.
The invalidity or non-compliance of one of the Parties with any provision of these Terms does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
If the Buyer does not agree with at least one of the provisions of these Terms, he does not have the right to use the Online Store.
